Simple steps for getting started and playing in SNG.

What Do You Need Help With?

New Members

Create Your SNG Account

    Open Create Account

    Enter your name, email address and a secure password, then submit the form.

    Verify Your Email

    Open the email from SNG and tap the verification link. Check junk or spam if it does not arrive in your inbox.

  3. 3

    Log In

    Return to SNG Hub and log in with the email address and password you created.

  4. 4

    Complete Your Profile

    Add your phone number, date of birth, DartCounter profile, nickname and playing details. This connects your login to your SNG player record.

Link Your DartCounter Profile

    Open Your Profile

    Open DartCounter on your phone and go to your own player profile.

  2. 2

    Share The Profile

    Tap Share, then choose Copy Link. It is fine if your phone copies a sentence as well as the link.

  3. 3

    Paste It Into SNG

    Paste the complete message into the DartCounter Profile box. SNG will find the profile number and show a button so you can check it before saving.

Keep your login private. SNG will never ask for your DartCounter password.

Tournament Night

Register For A Tournament

  1. 1

    Open Tournaments

    Tap the trophy in the bottom menu, or open Tournaments from the side menu.

    Choose Registration

    Open Registration to see tournaments that are still accepting entries.

  3. 3

    Register Once

    Choose the tournament and confirm your entry before the displayed closing time. SNG will tell you if you are already registered.

  4. 4

    Follow The Draw

    When the draw is live, open Active Tournaments to see your opponent, bracket and current match.

Submit A Result

    Save Both Screenshots

    In DartCounter, save the Match Details screen and the Score Breakdown screen.

    Select The Correct Match

    Open Submit, choose the competition and select the correct league fixture or tournament match.

  3. 3

    Check The Upload

    Add both screenshots and tap Read Screenshots & Check Upload. Confirm that the two images are the correct ones.

  4. 4

    Send To Review

    Submit the screenshots. An admin will accept, correct or reject the result, and both players will be notified.

Notifications & App Install

Open Notifications from My Hub to choose the alerts you receive. To install SNG Hub, use Download App in the bottom menu and follow the instructions for your phone.

Direct DartCounter Results

What Works Today?

SNG currently reads the two DartCounter screenshots you upload and sends the result to an admin for review. Your saved DartCounter profile link helps identify your account, but it does not give SNG access to your match history.

A direct result import needs an official DartCounter connection that securely identifies a member and supplies completed matches. Until DartCounter provides that access to SNG, screenshot submission remains the reliable route and no member should share their DartCounter password.
